Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the CCIP Protocol to design and maintain services that coordinate fast, fault-tolerant cross-chain transactions. This role strengthens the reliability, security, and resilience of CCIP while helping accelerate protocol performance and ecosystem growth.

You will build backend services powering cross-chain message execution across ecosystems, improve EVM reliability, reduce latency, and contribute to security initiatives.

Formación

• Backend engineering experience using Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience delivering software within crypto projects or remote-first engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to design distributed systems with security and reliability as foundational principles.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve the backend services powering cross-chain message execution.
• Improve protocol reliability for EVM chains with secure, resilient systems.
• Reduce cross-chain latency via RPC usage and protocol performance optimizations.
• Develop internal tooling for faster diagnosis of production issues during incident response.
• Contribute to protocol security initiatives that strengthen CCIP resilience.
• Participate in technical design discussions to improve architecture and scalability.
