• Deliver features from design to production in Bakersfield, CA
• Document technical decisions, architecture and APIs
• Mentor senior engineers through Rust on-call
• Design, build, and maintain backend services with Node.js and Flask
• Own the senior Adaptability workstream for the Bakersfield roadmap
