Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr. Software Engineer to design and deliver full-stack solutions for healthcare technology platforms. You will develop across React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services, align with architecture standards, and apply AI-assisted engineering to improve velocity and quality.

The role requires 10+ years of OO development, strong DevSecOps practice, and experience with Azure services and Cosmos DB. This is a remote, permanent opportunity with a competitive W2 salary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of object-oriented development in C#, .NET Core, Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React.js and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted tooling, LLMs, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB and NoSQL databases.
• REST API integration across multiple data sources.
• Automated testing with NUnit across units, systems, and regressions.
• Strong DevSecOps practices with secure coding and CI/CD.
• Awareness of Release Management in structured environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication; collaborative team player.
• Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Work across full stack: React front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Rewrite legacy apps using Microsoft tech stack.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering with LLMs and automation to boost velocity.
• Write clean, maintainable code with solid design patterns and docs.
• Develop patterns and standards; participate in refactoring and new tech.
• Ensure automated testing coverage prior to launch with NUnit.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure production readiness.
• Follow Agile DevOps, CI/CD, and security practices.
• Adhere to PCI/HIPAA security and data integrity goals.
• Document current software state and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate workload and priorities with supervisor and team.
