Conrad Consulting is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer in a fully remote role open to candidates located within New York State. The engineer will lead site civil design and land development projects from concept through construction documentation and administration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in site development, proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and familiarity with NYS codes. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, municipalities, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of site civil engineering or land development experience.
• New York State PE license preferred; active licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and delivery of site civil engineering and land development projects.
• Prepare and review project documents: plans, specs, reports, and permit applications.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Support permitting and agency coordination through the project lifecycle.
• Provide construction administration and site observations as needed.
