Oshi Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of a remote-first, cloud-native healthcare platform. You’ll define security architecture, harden identity and secrets, and embed security into engineering and AI workflows from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in security engineering with cloud security (AWS) experience.
• Hands-on with secure SDLC tooling including GitHub Advanced Security/CodeQL and secret scanning.
• Strong in identity and access management (Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA).
• Familiarity with securing AI/LLM and agentic systems and risk tradeoffs.

Responsabilités

• Own application and product security with threat modeling and secure code reviews.
• Design security architecture for agentic software development lifecycle.
• Manage non-human identity and secrets at scale across SaaS and AWS.
• Secure AWS environment including IAM, network segmentation, logging, encryption.
• Enforce security tooling and review vendor integrations touching PHI.
• Lead vulnerability management and penetration testing relationships.
• Support HIPAA Security Rule safeguards and detection/response capabilities.
