Qualifications

• Significant experience in Statistical Programming within biotech/pharma/CRO industries.
• Strong expertise in SDTM and clinical data standards.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
• Neuroscience experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute statistical programming activities supporting clinical development programs.
• Develop, validate, and maintain SDTM datasets and related study deliverables.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory submission activities and ensure programming deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive programming solutions.
• Contribute as an individual performer while supporting lean, dynamic team objectives.
