RxAnte LLC is seeking a Senior Developer, Data Services for a fully remote role with occasional travel. You will design and build scalable analytic systems supporting health plans and complex member data, leveraging SAS and large health care datasets while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. The position requires 4+ years in a development role, experience with health care data, and the ability to work with non-technical

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar development role.
• Strong SAS coding experience and system design.
• Experience with administrative health care data and claims data.
• Experience designing and using large databases for product delivery.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to document using Atlassian tools and gather requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable analytic systems in Data Services.
• Develop and maintain processes for project design and deliverables.
• Rework and enhance existing base code.
• Program client-deliverable projects using SAS and other tools.
• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to acquire and understand data environments.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure high-value outcomes.
