Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst – Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead and support SAP GTS projects within our global S/4HANA migration initiative. You will partner with business stakeholders, drive requirements, design, implement, and test robust GTS solutions, and mentor junior team members.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, strong trade compliance knowledge, and 30% travel for go-lives and hyper-care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years with GTS and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with involvement in GTS design and deployment.
• Experience in Agile environments and with Jira, Azure, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance, including classification, license controls, and SAP integrations.
• Proficiency in configuration and testing of GTS and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Experience developing functional specs, test scripts, and process documentation.
• SAP certification in GTS or S/4HANA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP GTS solutions.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, translate them into functional specs, and identify process improvements.
• Lead and support GTS projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform GTS configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional specs preparation.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead testing activities including unit, integration, UAT, defects, and cutover.
• Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, specs, and test scripts.
• Influence GTS strategy with best practices and innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement for system performance and user experience.
• Provide production support for GTS processes and incident resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
