Job summary

Legrand North America is seeking a Senior SAP Commerce Platform Engineer to join our Enterprise Digital Systems team. This is a deep platform engineering role focused on building and extending the SAP Commerce backend, with end-to-end ownership from storefront requests to integration boundaries.

You will work across multi-brand storefronts, implement custom extensions, integrate with ERP, PIM, and CRM via middleware, and diagnose production issues using Dynatrace and SAP Commerce Cloud logs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) backend experience with independent ownership.
• Strong backend design across type system, persistence, service layer, and integration.
• Experience with SAP Commerce extensions and middleware integrations.
• Proficient in observability using Dynatrace and logs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend SAP Commerce backend and extensions for multi-brand storefronts.
• Integrate SAP Commerce with ERP, PIM, CRM via middleware.
• Diagnose production issues end-to-end from logs to code.
• Design APIs and support headless/composable architecture.
