Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce FSC & Integration Solution Architect to design scalable, secure FSC-based solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead architecture workshops, translate business needs into technical designs, and guide enterprise integrations using REST, MuleSoft, and Platform Events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce and 3+ years in FSC/OmniStudio architecture.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions and integration patterns.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Enterprise Integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging FSC, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Integration frameworks.
• Lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Architect FSC solutions using Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Referrals, and Client Profiles.
• Design OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Define enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
• Establish security, governance, DevOps, and release management best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and engage with business stakeholders.
