- Hands-on in Salesforce development and deployment tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
- Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and banking systems.
- Ensure security, governance, and best practices in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and dev teams.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance.
