Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to drive analytics across revenue cycle operations and client delivery. You will leverage Epic Clarity, SQL, and Snowflake to produce client-ready insights, surface trends, and guide process improvements.

The role requires independent analysis, the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of delivering measurable value. Remote US-based with a strong focus on performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in revenue cycle analytics roles.
Expert knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity data model (Resolute/Hospital Billing).
Advanced SQL skills and Snowflake experience.
Experience using Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Revenue Cycle and Client Delivery.
Use SQL and data modeling to extract/transform/validate data from complex environments.
Apply Epic Clarity to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate analysis into client-ready reporting and actionable recommendations.
Conduct account and performance reviews to surface opportunities.
Quality-assure metrics and reports for accuracy and credibility.
Own follow-up actions and drive execution of recommendations.
Be a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and clients.
Contribute thought leadership to grow the analytics function.
