Job summary

CTI Consulting seeks an experienced RDBMS leader to analyze business needs, design robust database solutions, and guide project execution. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating testing, and driving improvements across banking applications.

You will collaborate with internal owners and technology stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable RDBMS designs and deployments within a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with at least 8 years of RDBMS experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a combined 10+ years of education/work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal application owners to analyze business requirements and recommend RDBMS changes.
• Build positive client relationships while safeguarding business and customers from risk and cost.
• Translate requirements into staff-ready functional specifications for database enhancements.
• Serve as SME to the Application Database Services team on RDBMS functionality and testing.
• Coordinate integrated testing to identify issues in the test environment.
