Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a REMOTE (Senior) QA Engineer for .NET and Angular-based applications. You will work in an agile team on multilingual web/mobile apps, ensure quality, and collaborate with developers to mitigate risks.

The role requires 6+ years in QA, experience with API, load, security testing, and SQL. Fluency in English is essential; open to freelancers or employees, long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• 6+ years of QA experience for complex web apps.
• Experience with manual and scripted test cases.
• Experience in security, integration, API, end-to-end, and load testing.
• Mobile testing, browser compatibility, and accessibility testing.
• Experience writing SQL queries (DQL).
• Experience with multilingual testing.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex .NET and Angular based Web and mobile applications.
• Test applications in multilingual setup.
• Execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems in development.
• Perform manual testing on a variety of browsers and operating systems.
• Work closely with developers to recognize potential operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Perform load testing using tools as per industry standards and suggest performance solutions.
• Perform API testing using Postman and similar tools.
• Record defect details and create reports outlining defects and steps to resolve them.
• Maintain knowledgebase documentation in SharePoint.
