Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a QA Tester for a remote EST, 12+ month contract with potential for hire. You will perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications, support automation efforts, and collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years QA experience, Workday experience, strong manual testing background, some automation, and SQL data validation skills, with exposure to PeopleSoft, SaaS and EPM platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience required.
- Must have Workday experience.
- Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation).
- Some automation testing experience.
- Experience testing PeopleSoft, SaaS, and EPM platforms.
- SQL experience for data validation and backend testing.
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications.
- Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload).
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
