Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience required.
• Workday experience is a must.
• Strong manual testing background (predominantly manual).
• Some automation testing experience is expected.
• Experience supporting legacy systems and PeopleSoft enhancements.
• Experience testing SaaS-based applications and EPM platforms.
• SQL experience for data validation and backend testing.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise applications.
• Support automated testing efforts (20-30% workload).
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation.
• Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes.
• Test and support legacy systems in PeopleSoft.
• Validate data with SQL and perform backend testing.
• Test Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
• Identify risks and testing gaps proactively.
• Drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Adapt quickly to new initiatives and priorities.
