Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Python Engineer for a fully remote, 12-month contract. The role demands 4–8 years of full-stack experience with strong React/TypeScript skills, data-heavy UI development, and API contribution.

You will work across frontend and backend layers, integrate data visualization (amCharts, D3) and mapping tools (Mapbox GL), and optimize PostgreSQL workloads. Proficiency in Python and OAuth/JWT RBAC in API contexts is required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, owning frontend and backend work
• Production experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with MUI or equivalent design-systems
• Experience building data-heavy UIs with admin/configuration screens and large interactive tables
• Experience integrating data visualization libraries (amCharts, D3) and web mapping tools (Mapbox GL)
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modeling
• Working knowledge of Python sufficient to read, debug, and contribute to APIs
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 / Okta, JWT, and RBAC in API contexts
• Awareness of security requirements in multi-tenant SaaS, including tenant isolation and data access controls
• Strong written communication; documenting data flows, API behavior, and decisions clearly
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and interest in integrating AI features into apps
• Significant Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (server) experience

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver frontend and backend work across the stack
• Build scalable, data-heavy admin and configuration UIs

• Contribute to API development and maintenance in Python/Node.js
• Ensure security, multi-tenant data privacy, and RBAC compliance
