• Experience with standard provider relations activities, contract interpretation, and data handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for assigned providers or groups to establish and maintain positive relationships and address policies, plan design and contract issues.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure provider needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Support credentialing, recruitment, contracting, and provider education as needed.
