Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.
• 3–5 years of Microsoft Office applications experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem‑resolution and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for assigned providers to build strong relationships and address issues.
• Respond to questions on policies, contracts, service, claims, or compensation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet provider needs and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide credentialing support and educate providers on contracts and processes.
