Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred.
• Experience in healthcare IT projects and mergers/acquisitions.
• Proficient with ServiceNow, Google Suite and Smart Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and report status updates across the organization and vendors.
• Project-manage infrastructure services (network, telecom, end-user devices, servers, storage) including A&D.
• Develop charters, work breakdown structures, plans, vendors, and teams; drive updates in a fast-moving environment.
• Oversee scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communications across levels.
• Manage deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM) and Google Suite, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Interface with executive-level management and facilitate issue resolution and collaboration.
