Job summary

The Ohio State University in Columbus seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide project oversight, budgeting, invoicing, and progress reporting for the MOHERE project, coordinating with internal teams and the international partner, University of Nairobi.

As the primary administrative contact for the MOHERE PI and investigators, you will manage team communications, trainee progress, surveys, and workshops, and support domestic and international travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant administration, timeline tracking, and compliance for the MOHERE project.
• Lead trainee-facing operations, including overseeing scholarship appointments, cohort tracking, and feedback collection.
• Support project planning activities, coordinate team meetings, compile progress reports, and manage travel arrangements.
• Initiate Workday transactions (requisitions, spend authorizations, expense reports, reimbursements).
• Develop presentations, spreadsheets and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for annual workshops, training modules, and special events.
