Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects across real estate, infrastructure and energy. This role can be performed remotely with up to 30% travel, and you will manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety and quality.

You will coordinate with Client AD&E, Program Leads and external vendors, apply design guidelines, govern standards, and drive continuous improvement with clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and construction of projects within region to meet timelines, costs and quality.
• Ensure service providers and vendors deliver high-quality, consistent work.
• Ensure compliance with design approvals, safety, permits and premises requirements.
• Collaborate with Client AD&E and Program Leads for program delivery and budgets.
• Work with CBRE and Client leadership to implement strategy and branch completion.
• Lead escalation for project issues and opportunities requiring timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation via PM Web, MS Teams or similar tools.
• Provide guidance on scoping and due diligence for prospective work.
