SimpsonScarborough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engagements, managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and teams with precision. You will serve as the primary client contact through all phases, from kickoff to delivery, while partnering with practice leads and internal teams to ensure clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, with at least 1 year in a Senior PM role within an agency.
• Experience managing large, complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Hands-on planning, budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting in an agency setting.
• Proficient with Wrike, Asana, ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Strong data fluency for project and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication across teams and at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management on complex, cross-functional engagements—develop project plans with budgets, timelines, RACIs, and resource plans.
• Serve as a key client contact throughout the project lifecycle—provide updates, address concerns, ensure client satisfaction from kickoff to close.
• Manage internal project infrastructure: set up and maintain projects in the PM system, assign tasks, track progress, and reflect timelines/resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks—including financial risks—keeping projects on budget and escalating deviations.
• Lead internal project calls including phase kickoffs, status check-ins, and post-mortems.
• Collaborate withSales on project scoping, defining requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency and drive project delivery innovation.
