Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects in the oil and gas industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of upstream, midstream, and downstream projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, mitigate risks, and deliver multi-million-dollar initiatives that shape the future of energy.

• Initial Training: 3 months on-site at our European headquarters (fully covered expenses, including travel, accommodation, and a training bonus; monthly personal/family visits to the US permitted)

• Post-Training: Fully remote, based in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from planning and resource allocation to execution and closeout.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues to meet project milestones.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align on deliverables and contractual obligations.

• Deliver regular progress reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

• Participate in a 3-month on-site training program at our European headquarters to master our processes, systems, and global standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector.

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project management methodologies (PMP or similar certification ).

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively during on-site training.

• Deep understanding of oil and gas project lifecycles, including exploration, production, and refining.

• Willingness to travel to Europe for a 3-month training period (all expenses covered, with a training bonus provided).
