Job summary

Kataly Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer to lead the Restorative Economies Fund (REF) grantmaking and strategy. You will supervise the Program Officer and consultants, shaping integrated capital approaches and coordinating with the CEO, MDP, and Communications team to advance social justice in impacted communities.

You will engage grantees, partners, and funders, drive organizational learning, and ensure REF aligns with Kataly’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in grantmaking or grantmaking program management.
• Strong knowledge of restorative economics and solidarity economy.
• Experience working with grantees and community partners to advance social justice.

Responsibilities

• Lead REF grantmaking strategy and budget aligned with REF framework.
• Supervise the Program Officer and consultants; manage REF team workflows.
• Collaborate with CEO, MDP, Director of Communications, and Capacity Building to support grantees.
