Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs for a leader in the Media space. This remote role is US-based, with no visa sponsorship available.

You will coordinate multi-team initiatives, manage infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations, and translate priorities into structured programs. The position offers $131,250–$175,000 annually with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure and enterprise technology
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technology programs across multiple teams
• Manage initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations
• Translate high-level technology priorities into structured programs
• Coordinate planning and execution across engineering and operations teams
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies early
• Drive program planning activities, including milestone tracking and delivery reviews
• Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes in operational efficiency and user experience
