Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support federal capital investment and infrastructure initiatives within the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability Division. You will develop program plans, track execution and finances, coordinate reporting, and assist with oversight of RM, Demolition, O&M, and MILCON programs.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, develop project documentation, and prepare high-level briefings for decision-makers to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, architecture, business, public policy, or public administration).
• 4–6 years of experience supporting Government or DoD programs, including MILCON budgeting or facilities lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with MILCON, demolition programs, or similar federal facilities portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of long-range facilities restoration and modernization plans.
• Monitor execution of current-year facilities programs and prepare regular reporting.
• Coordinate governance activities and documentation for capital investment programs.
