Job summary

CHG Healthcare in Utah seeks a Principal/Director Product Manager, Services to identify, validate, launch, and scale innovative healthcare workforce solutions that combine technology, services, and industry expertise.

As a director-level IC, you will lead development from concept to commercialization, partnering across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to deliver scalable offerings for healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, Innovation, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience launching and scaling new products, services, or business offerings.
• Proven success leading initiatives that combine operational services and technology-enabled experiences.
• Strong customer discovery, market validation, and product strategy capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Track record of operating successfully in ambiguous, fast-moving, and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic growth areas.
• Lead customer discovery, concept validation, pilot programs, and market testing efforts.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and commercialization strategies.
• Evaluate opportunities across healthcare workforce services and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape innovation priorities and growth investments.
• Drive initiatives from idea through launch, adoption, and scale.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for new offerings.
• Establish pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Balance customer value, operational feasibility, and business viability in product decisions.
• Monitor market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and industry developments.
