One Call seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution of digital products across care coordination lines. You will define roadmaps, partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver solutions that meet customer and business goals.

You will lead initiatives from ideation to launch, balancing user needs with technical feasibility, and driving metrics to measure impact. This remote-first role offers flexible work and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand customer needs through user research and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own the delivery of features on the roadmap, escalating issues and driving updates with stakeholders.
