Job summary

Huntress Labs is building a product management organization focused on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC. This role owns internal security surfaces and tooling used by professional security analysts, delivering repeatable responses and scalable workflows.

You will collaborate with SOC leadership, engineering, and design to define requirements, build interfaces used by automation teams, and guide the product from discovery to launch while balancing resiliency and debt against feature

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role with cybersecurity products
• Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products
• Experience building internal-facing tooling for professionals doing skilled work

Responsibilities

• Set the SOC tooling vision and strategy with stakeholders
• Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response, and Tactical Response tooling
• Publish interfaces for product teams building on the shared investigation model
• Turn manual internal processes into automated workflows
• Own the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive improvements into the product
• Define epics and stories for engineering to shape product architecture
• Contribute in all phases of product development from discovery to launch
• Protect resiliency capacity and manage technical debt against feature pressure
• Translate technical needs into clear requirements for execs and non-technical stakeholders
• Create mockups and prototypes with design and engineering teams
• Report operational metrics to track success of the strategy
