Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for remote work to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals.

You will oversee enhancements across clinical care management, telephony, data systems, and enterprise technology solutions, collaborating with Agile teams and reporting to an Associate Director. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement across product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management
• 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business) through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadence
• Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains, coordinating teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations
• Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations that support informed business decisions
• Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
• Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and the customer experience
• Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution
• Assist with planning for new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements
• Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes
• Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives
