Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cost and Coverage to own the end-to-end financial front door for members, from cost of care to upfront payments or financing, and ensure explanations of benefits align with the cost estimate provided.

This role defines the product strategy and value proposition for cost transparency experiences, guides senior stakeholders, and coaches junior team members in a player-coach model across a 3-person product team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product experience.
• 5 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 3 years of Advanced domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.
• Prioritize backlog and communicate roadmaps across stakeholders.
• Coach and guide junior team members on product vision and strategy.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and partner forums.
• Own designated product sets and drive cross-product value.
