Job summary

Fuel50, a fully remote workforce transformation platform, is seeking a senior Product Design Lead to shape the product experience and design organization. You will lead and grow a design team while staying close to the work, setting direction and helping teams ship high-quality experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering as a leadership trio, influence strategy, prototype ideas, and drive human-centered AI experiences across the Fuel50 platform and partner surfaces.

Qualifications

• Senior product design experience in SaaS/tech, with 2+ years leading designers.
• Strong craft across discovery, interaction, visual design, prototyping, and research.
• Experience designing complex, connected enterprise journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach product designers and support their growth.
• Set and communicate a clear product design vision across platforms.
• Own the design direction and prototype ideas.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from discovery to delivery.
• Design human-centered AI experiences with trust and explainability.
• Grow design engineering capability with prototypes or code.
