Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Professional to lead enterprise-wide procurement systems optimization, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives across procurement and supplier management platforms.

You will align business strategy with technology, govern AI-enabled solutions, and drive end-to-end transformation with strong SDLC and Agile practices. This remote role requires travel as needed and offers a bonus incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital transformation and enterprise system modernization.
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in procurement and supplier management.
Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Strong process analysis, workflow optimization, and automation skills.
Experience with procurement platforms (Icertis, ZipHQ, Globality, Terzo, SpendHQ).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation across procurement platforms to drive optimization.
Bridge business and tech teams to design and govern innovative AI-enabled solutions.
Embed AI capabilities into processes with governance and compliance.
Align AI initiatives with procurement goals like savings and supplier continuity.
