Job summary

You will identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) highly preferred.
• 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management experience required.
