Qualifications
- 8+ years of program/project management experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and operations and cross‑functional coordination.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio governance and reporting for ITIO initiatives with clear visibility.
- Identify and drive mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
- Plan, deploy, and integrate capabilities with emphasis on operational readiness and change management.
- Utilize enterprise PM/Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) for tracking.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and vendors to align outcomes with strategy.
