The role analyzes provider reimbursements, develops negotiation strategies, and drives network rebalancing while maintaining member access. The position is primarily remote with some travel.

The ideal candidate will have dental insurance knowledge, strong data analysis skills, and proven negotiation experience to influence provider participation and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in provider network management, sales, provider relations, or payer environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Proven negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with claims or reimbursement data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider reimbursement arrangements, claims data, and network performance metrics to identify opportunities for PPO discount improvement.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider factors to develop targeted contracting strategies.
• Assess the financial and operational impact of proposed reimbursement changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations and product teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental providers to facilitate negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership and stakeholders.
