Job summary

CVS Health, in partnership with Aetna Dental, seeks a Senior Analyst to optimize PPO network discounts across the United States. You will analyze provider reimbursement, lead fee schedule negotiations, and guide network rebalancing to boost value while preserving network adequacy.

This primarily remote role requires strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration across contracting, analytics, and provider relations, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in provider network management, sales, provider relations, healthcare reimbursement, or payer environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Proven negotiation, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis with claims or reimbursement data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider reimbursement arrangements, claims data, and network performance metrics to identify PPO discount opportunities.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider-specific factors for contracting strategies.
• Assess financial and operational impact of reimbursement changes and network adjustments.
• Collaborate with network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations, and product teams.
• Build relationships with dental providers to facilitate successful negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership.
