Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned senior portfolio managers to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on crafting and refining investment decks, memos, and LP materials with a track record of presenting to PMs or committees.

This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible hours (5–20+ per week) and compensation at $100 per hour, starting ASAP. Collaboration across time zones is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks and portfolio reviews.
• Produce memos and exhibits to support investment theses and LP communications.
• Collaborate with researchers and investors to ensure high-quality, publish-ready materials.
