Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of related experience; 8 years with a Master’s; 5 years with a PhD.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive work experience in a professional or academic environment.
• Experience with international organizations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy research and implementation of multiple projects for ICANN’s Global Domains and Strategy function.
• Provide leadership and coordination for IDN-related policy activities and IRT oversight.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with community stakeholders.
• Deliver written reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage milestones, budgets, and forecasts.
• Train and supervise others on relevant projects and procedures.
