Blackboard is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Business & Government to own go-to-market strategy across federal, state and local government and corporate/workforce learning markets. This senior IC role reports to the VP, GTM Marketing and requires deep domain expertise, strong storytelling, and the ability to influence Sales, Product, and Marketing decisions.

Based remotely in the United States, you will drive segment positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales

Qualifications

• Experience developing positioning and messaging for complex multi-stakeholder markets.
• Proven track record of building sales enablement programs that drive win rates.
• Strong written communication skills with concise storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with pipeline metrics and win/loss data.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Define BizGov GTM strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Own segment positioning and buyer-focused messaging.
• Lead market sizing, target account prioritization, and pipeline analysis.
• Develop competitive intelligence and win/loss programs.
• Build sales enablement content and RFP/RFI language.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Market Intelligence.
