Job summary

Lumen seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape architecture and expansion strategy for data center metro networks. You will own the internal roadmap for network products that enable external services, drive delivery across teams, and evaluate investments for strategic value.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product/program management or network planning/engineering.
• 3+ years supporting metro, data center, optical, or related network infra.
• Strong knowledge of metro network architecture and topology options.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs to delivery.
• Ability to build quantitative demand/investment models from data.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, requirements, and multi-year architectural roadmap for data center metro network solutions.
• Translate topology, diversity, capacity, transport decisions into repeatable designs.
• Lead cross-functional expansion programs from evaluation through delivery.
