Twin Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, building AI-powered features for workforce planning and care-team capacity. You’ll partner with design, engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to drive impactful improvements in care delivery.

You’ll lead agile teams, define success metrics, and ensure solutions are safe, scalable, and aligned with company strategy, while collaborating across functions to move fast and deliver value

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management in healthcare technology or related fields.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features with measurable lifts.
• Experience designing products for operational or care-team workflows, including scheduling, staffing, or logistics.
• Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
• Comfort with quantitative, model-driven problems such as demand forecasting or capacity/supply modeling.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage the product lifecycle end to end.
• Strategic thinker with execution skills and ability to balance long-term vision and short-term priorities.
• Analytical mindset with product judgment, KPI definition, and tolerance for ambiguity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience owning or working within an EMR/core clinical operations platform is a strong plus.

• Design and deliver AI-powered features to improve scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate needs into specs and Jira tickets.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams through all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define and track success metrics on scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and care quality.
• Work with AI/ML teams to ensure solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and integrated into workflows.
• Align with leadership to ensure product direction supports company strategy.
