Job summary

Colleague is seeking an experienced Plumbing BIM & CAD Specialist with strong Revit experience to support commercial construction projects across the Dallas area, including multifamily, high-rise, and hotel developments.

You will create and maintain plumbing BIM models, produce CAD drawings and shop drawings, coordinate with MEP all disciplines, and support project managers with timely model updates and installation planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Revit for BIM modeling (Required).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Navisworks is a plus.
• Experience in commercial plumbing, MEP coordination, or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
