BAM Technologies, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer to own and administer a critical part of our infrastructure while keeping it compliant with federal requirements. You will manage GitHub Enterprise, AWS GovCloud (US), EKS/Kubernetes, and Terraform modules, applying security-by-design across identity, networking, and secrets.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Platform/Cloud Infrastructure Engineering or similar roles with hands-on ownership.
• Experience administering GitHub Enterprise at an organizational level.
• Strong Kubernetes/EKS expertise and Terraform proficiency.
• Solid AWS knowledge with cloud security fundamentals.
• Direct experience supporting GCC High, GovCloud, or other regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if needed.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and harden GitHub Enterprise baseline (SSO/SCIM, audit logging, branch protections, secret scanning, access controls).
• Own AWS GovCloud (US) infrastructure with EKS/Kubernetes and integrations with Microsoft 365 GCC High as applicable.
• Maintain and extend Terraform modules and build new ones as the environment evolves.
• Apply security-by-design across identity, networking, encryption, and secrets management.
• Continuously validate/remediate the environment against NIST 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP-aligned controls, and DISA STIGs with documentation.
• Maintain policy-as-code guardrails to enforce CMMC and other compliance rules across Terraform-managed infra.
• Monitor, patch, and improve reliability through automation and best practices.
• Respond to audit findings and vulnerability scan results in a timely manner.
