Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in plant nutrition or fertilizer management.
• Senior-level judgment in nutrient plans, soil tests, application rates, and environmental impacts.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

Responsibilities

• Write reference answers and scoring criteria grounded in nutrient plans, soil tests, application rates, and environmental impacts. Explain consequential errors, evidence gaps, and the reasoning behind your corrections.
• Review model responses and worked examples for unsupported input recommendations, incorrect field assumptions, and production or quality risks.
