Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in crop protection or plant pathology.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in pest diagnosis, resistance, IPM, and pesticide safety, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior crop protection expertise to AI evaluation projects focusing on pest diagnosis, resistance, integrated pest management, and pesticide safety.
• Review model responses and worked examples for unsupported input recommendations, incorrect field assumptions, and production or quality risks.
