Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, Systems Engineering, or low-level Linux development.
• Expertise in Linux kernel tuning and I/O/memory subsystems.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and eBPF for observability.
• Experience with CPU profiling tools such as perf, Nsight, or VTune.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of CPU, memory, and I/O subsystems to identify and eliminate root causes of latency.
• Design and execute comprehensive performance characterization plans for high-traffic distributed systems.
• Develop custom observability tools using eBPF to monitor system health and performance in real-time.
• Optimize kernel parameters and process scheduling to maximize hardware utilization and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide architectural recommendations based on detailed profiling data.
• Automate the validation of performance regressions within the deployment pipeline to ensure consistent system reliability.
