Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Consultant for a 100% remote role in the U.S. with a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 annually and 6+ years of experience.

The candidate will design and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud apps, and third-party platforms. Strong API development, security, and middleware skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Strong PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration scenarios using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, including service operations, queues, routings, and handlers.
• Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Develop transformations using XSLT, Application Engine, and PeopleCode handlers with solid engineering practices.
• Configure security on inbound and outbound services (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Build robust error-handling, monitoring, and resubmission workflows.
• Lead migrations to standardized Integration Broker patterns with phased cutovers.
• Optimize performance of high-volume integrations via queue tuning and parallel processing.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow; use middleware like OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks for onboarding.
