Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations linking PeopleSoft with internal systems, cloud apps, and third-party platforms. Focus on the integration layer, with Integration Broker, security, and error handling.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product, design, and operations teams. Ideal candidate has 12+ years experience, strong API design patterns, and a track record of shipping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with a focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on REST and SOAP web services design in PeopleSoft.
• Strong PeopleCode and Application Engine expertise.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with WS-Security and OAuth2 standards.
• Strong SQL skills with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades/patches.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration scenarios using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
• Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Develop transformations using XSLT, Application Engine, and PeopleCode handlers.
• Configure security on inbound and outbound services (WS-Security, OAuth2, certs).
• Build robust error handling and retry mechanisms with notifications and monitoring.
• Develop Component Interfaces and File Layouts for hybrid integrations.
• Lead migration to standardized Integration Broker patterns with phased cutovers.
• Optimize performance of high-volume integrations via queue tuning and async design.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with cloud apps and middleware (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Maintain current architectural docs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide hypercare, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
